    Open shifts and bookings in your area, with role, time, duration, and hourly rate shown up front. Filter by distance and day.

  2. 02

    Claim what works

    Pick a shift, send a short message if you want, and the poster either approves you or chooses someone else. No bidding wars.

  3. 03

    Get paid through Stripe

    The poster sets the hourly rate when they post; you see it before you apply. LocumCare routes payment from the poster to you through Stripe Connect on a regular payout schedule.

What verification looks like

Background-checked before your first shift.

Every worker on LocumCare completes a criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check through Triton, plus credential verification for your role. Verification is required — workers cannot claim shifts until all three checks come back clear.
