When someone needs personal support care, an hour of uncertainty matters. When a care home has an open shift, scrambling for replacements is expensive. The workers themselves want fair, predictable shifts close to home. LocumCare puts those three needs on one canvas.

A platform, not a provider
LocumCare connects independent healthcare workers with the patients and care homes who hire them. The care itself is provided by the workers; LocumCare runs the marketplace.

Background-checked supply
Every worker on LocumCare passes a criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check through Triton before they can claim a shift. Verification is a hard gate.

Payments through Stripe
The poster pays LocumCare; LocumCare pays the worker on a regular schedule through Stripe Connect. We never see a card number or a bank account.
