Account deletion

Delete your LocumCare account.

You can delete your LocumCare account at any time. We support deletion both from the LocumCare mobile app and by email.

From the mobile app

  1. Open the LocumCare app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the request. You will receive an email confirming the deletion has started.

By email

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to privacy@locumcare.ca. Include "Delete my account" in the subject. We will confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within thirty days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, address, date of birth).
  • Your account credentials and session history.
  • Your booking history and any uploaded photos.

What we retain

A minimal, anonymized record of completed transactions is retained to meet financial, tax, and audit obligations under Canadian law. This record cannot be used to identify you.
